The Grand Gourmet has chosen a chef that understands what it takes to meet  and exceed our client's expectations. Our chef, Sheena Castellanos, graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Her specialties include but are not limited to those of the refined Floribbean cuisine and Hispanic-American foods as well as good ole southern home style cooking.
