I just wanted to thank you again for your
fabulous catering job yesterday at our Annual
Combined Board Meeting.
The food was ‘to die for’; the presentation was
lovely; and your level of service was absolutely
top notch.
Everyone was raving about the food, and people
were saying things like, “Oh, I just can’t stop
eating these,” as they dished up their 6th
or 7th servings! (I confess - I am
to be included in that group!)
I’m really looking forward to working with you
again (and again).

I just can not say
enough about the first-rate job you did at our
rehearsal dinner! So many guests commented on
the delicious homemade food, and how it tasted
like it was made right in the finest gourmet
kitchen – only you brought it to us! There was
no scrimping on ingredients --- only the best,
and in bountiful supply. The barbeque was a
real gourmet delight, and better then any I have
eaten around the country. You were both alert
to the needs of the guests and the service of
the dinner, throughout the evening. Thank you
for pitching in to help us set up for the
reception after you had everything ready in the
kitchen! We could not have done it without your
selfless time and attention.
The presentation
was exquisite, organized, and well thought out.
Not only was the food delicious and
bountiful...you both went the second mile to
make sure everything was in order, hot, and on
time. There is a real sense that The Grand
Gourmet is catering from the heart--- not just
performing another catering job. The food and
the fellowship you provide comes not only from
doing a job to honor the recipients, but more
importantly, to honor the Lord by going the
second mile as unto Him.
Just a side
note...when John and I retire and move to
Gainesville, we plan on having an open
house...and I WILL be calling you to cater that
as well, if you would honor us with your time
again. Lord willing, that will be after the
first of the year...thinking of a dessert
affair! I am still longing for another piece of
your peach cobbler!! That was the very best
